Pinch & Pour is currently in public beta. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, be removed, or be replaced as the product develops.
We do not guarantee uptime or permanent data storage during the beta period. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but beta software is not production-hardened software. If long-term preservation of your recipes is important to you, keep your own copies.
Recipes produced by Pinch & Pour are generated by AI. OpenAI Whisper transcribes your narration; GPT-4o structures it into a recipe card. Both steps produce output that reflects what was said — they do not verify, test, or validate the recipe.
AI output is a starting point. Before preparing food for yourself or others, verify ingredient quantities, cooking times, temperatures, and food safety. Pinch & Pour is not responsible for errors in AI-generated recipe output. The app turns your words into a structured document — the judgment still belongs to you.
You own your recipes. By using Pinch & Pour, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. That license ends when you delete your account.
We will never sell your recipe content. We will never use it for any purpose beyond operating the app.
Pinch & Pour is a tool for personal recipe capture and preservation. Users may not:
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without advance notice. If we do, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at the email address on file.
You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings. Upon deletion, your recipes and all associated account data are permanently removed.
When you delete your account, any public recipe links you have shared will become inactive. Recipes saved by others using the "Save a Copy" feature before your deletion are unaffected — those copies belong to the person who saved them.
